About

Clear systems. Sound decisions. Dependable delivery.

I design and build backend systems, cloud services, data workflows and practical AI integrations for products with complex operational requirements.

My work spans system design, API development, database modelling, asynchronous processing, testing, CI/CD, documentation and deployment support.

I grew up in Accra and studied computer science at the University of Ghana. What drew me to engineering was how much everyday work quietly depends on software, and how much better that work gets when the software is dependable.

Six Adinkra principles

Six Adinkra symbols I try to work by. Each names a habit I want to keep, in code and with people.

Principle 1 of 6

Sankofa

“Go back and get it”

Traditionally: Learning from the past

Understand what came before (the users, the code, the history) before changing it. Lessons are worth carrying forward.

02

Working method

“Begin with the operation.”

  1. 01

    Understand

What the operation does, who depends on it, and where it currently fails.

  2. 02

    Make boundaries explicit

Define services, responsibilities, contracts, ownership and state transitions.

  3. 03

    Verify delivery

Use tests, review, observability and documentation to prove the system can be operated.

Beyond software

A little of life away from the keyboard.
